Reservations

You can book directly through the booking engine On our website. By entering the period of stay and the crew composition, the system will update in real time the availability and will automatically calculate the cost of the stay.

To confirm your reservation, you are required to pay a down payment, which can be made through:

  • Bank transfer, using the coordinates provided on the portal
  • Credit card, with immediate charge within a secure connection

You can only select the category of the accommodation or pitch, but not choose a specific number.

The assignment of the accommodation or pitch number will be made at the sole discretion of the booking office.

Deposit Deposit

To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit within 7 working days from the date of reservation. The amount required is 30% of the total amount of the stay

The following will be added to the deposit € 10.00 booking fee, non-refundable practice fees.

Any discounts or offers will be applied exclusively at the Front Desk at the time of payment.

Checking in

To speed up the arrival process, we recommend checking in online via the link provided in the booking confirmation or reminder emails sent by the campground.

Online Check-in
With a simple click on the link, you can access the portal and enter:

  • The data of all participants in the stay
  • Contact information
  • The license plate of the vehicles

Once at the campsite, simply check with the Reception staff that the data entered is correct.

Check-in at the Front Desk
If you prefer, you can complete check-in directly at the camp desk. Passports or ID cards of all participants will be requested and will be held only for the time required for data entry. Access to the campsite is allowed only after registration.

⚠️ Important

  • It is forbidden to register people who are not present on arrival. Those who reach the campground at a later date must register in Reception on the day of their arrival.
  • Early departures of crew members must be reported promptly to Reception to ensure proper handling of the final bill.

Getting to the campsite

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Plots: available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
  • Accommodations: available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case of late or non-arrival:

  • The pitch will remain available until 12:00 noon on the day following the date of reservation.
  • Accommodation will be reserved until 10:00 a.m. the following day.
  • In will be charged the basic rate according to the price list.
  • Late arrival or early departure do not entitle to refunds: the cost of the entire booked period remains due.

Campground access hours:

  • You can enter until 9:30 pm on the day of arrival.
  • For arrivals after this time, you must contact the Front Desk in advance.

Cancellation policies

Canceling a reservation

Cancellation Policy:

  • If the cancellation or change of stay occurs up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be 100% refunded, excluding booking fees (€10.00).
  • Beyond that time, the deposit will not be refundable.

How to request cancellation
The communication must be made exclusively by e-mail to the address info@concadoro.it.
Requests for reimbursement after the deadline will not be considered.
