The first Monday in November (at midnight between Sunday and Monday) we start accepting bookings for the following season.

It's possible to book by filling and sending the online booking form available on our website. The form must be filled in all its parts and is valid for the booking of one only family.
Uncompleted or partially filled booking forms won't be considered.

As far as it concerns the pitches, there is no minimum stay obligation.
Accommodations (such as mobile homes or lodge tents), especially in high and main season can be booked for a minimum stay of one week.
Arrival/departure days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

All pitches dispose of electricity plug (max 6 Amp with system compliant with CEE legal standards).

The mobile homes differentiate for their size and position inside the Camping Village: 
Classic, River, Comfort, Superior.

Otherwise they're equally structured (two bedrooms, living area with kitchenette, bathroom) and dispose of a wooden outside veranda.

In addition to our mobile homes we also dispose of Air lodge (two-floors tent with balcony and view on the lake), Mini lodge (the tent for couples, for a romantic getaway, made up of an only double bedroom) and Safari lodge (a fully equipped safari themed tent made up of two bedrooms and bathroom).

All mobile homes dispose of air-conditioning sytem and temperature is adjustable.
Lodge tents have no airco.

From the first minutes we open bookings, Camping Village Conca D'Oro receive hundreds of online booking enquiries that our staff processes one by one in date (and time) order.
Please wait until your booking will be processed and don't send it twice.

It is possible to make sure that the enquiry has been received by calling or sending an e-mail.

The deposit needed in order to confirm a booking can be paid with a bank transfer and bank details are showed on the reservation file.
It's also possible to fill in a specific form supplied by the staff with credit card details and fax it back.

To confirm a booking we ask a deposit to be paid within 7 working days from the date of the reservation.
The deposit is equal to 2 days of stay for pitches and 3 days of stay for accommodations plus 10,00 € as non refundable booking fee.

The booking confirmation will be sent after receiving the deposit.

Contact the Reception staff and your booking confirmation will be resent.

The daily price of a pitch includes 2 or 3 people (depending on the season), 1 motorhome/1 car + caravan/ 1 car + tent and electricity (6 Amps).

In case of cancellation of a booking within 30 days prior to arrival, the whole deposit is refunded (except € 10,00 booking fee).
Past the deadline, there are no refunds.

It is possible to check-in from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. In case of earlier arrival, services and facilites provided by Camping Village Conca D'Oro are already at guests' disposal.
Pitches/accommodations can only be occupied if already available otherwise you should wait until the pitch/accommodation is free (and clean).

On the departure day whilst a pitch must be left within 12,00, a mobile home must be left within 10,00.
Should you decide for a late check-out, please check the availability of the pitch/accommodation before at the Reception desk. The staff will also inform you about possible additional charges.

In case of late arrival (later than 8:00 pm) please contact the Reception desk, open until 9:30 pm.
If you plan to arrive later than the reception opening time, it's necessary to wait until the following morning (Reception is open at 8:00 am).

The camping card must be given at the Reception upon arrival and it's not enough to show it only.
The agreement, which can't be combined with other offers/reductions, begins as soon as the card is handed over the Reception and is only valid upon cash payment.
Camping cards are not accepted for Lake and Silver Places.

Of course you can pay for your stay using a credit or a debit card.
All promotions and special offers (discount cards, offers accordingly to the price list ecc.) are only valid to payments by cash.

NOTE: The tourist tax (0,60 € per person/day) must be paid by cash.

The rest amount must be paid at the Reception on the day before your departure for pitches and on the day after the arrival for accommodations.

It's possible to take cars or motorhomes out as soon as the main gate is open, that is from 8,00 am (Reception opening time).

If you have to return the pass for your car, you should please use it for the last time going out before returning it together with the yellow pitch identification number.

The opening time of the main gate is showed on the requlation guests receive from the Reception staff upon arrival and can be different depending on the season.
While checkin-in Reception staff also provide a four-digit pin code to open the walkway.

In the inside of Camping Village Conca D'Oro some of the sanitary buildings have chemical toilets for waste water disposal.
The biggest outside parking as a disposal area for motorhomes.

Visitors are admitted in the camping during the day time only, with no pets and with short term permission (max. 1 hour) after providing at the Reception a valid identity document that can be returned while leaving the camping.

Should the visitors decide to extend their visit, the rate will be calculated accordingly to our price list.

The visitor must leave the camping before the Reception closing time.

Dogs are admitted in the camping only on the pitches, never in the accommodations, if kept on leash and if they don't cause danger, inconveniences or healty issues to other people.
They are admitted (on request) on the pitches and in the lodges but not in the mobile homes.

NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on the beach and into the water.

The WI-FI code is available at the Reception and is valid for one only device.
Should you decide to use the same code with different devices, you should make sure you log out with one before logging in again.
The code is always valid until Midnight of the expiry date showed on the WI-FI ticket.

Grilling is allowed provided that it doesn't disturb the other guests, the ground is not damaged and the guests pay attention to the fire.

We have baby cots for rent at the price of € 2,50 per day and baby chairs at € 1,50 per day.

NOTE: the baby bed isn't provided with bed sheets and pillow.

We don't have refrigerators for rent.
Inside the laundry room there is a refrigerator that can be only used to store ice bricks (no food or drinks).

Showers and warm water are free of charge and you don't need coins.

Our coin-operated laundry has washing machines and dryer which work with coins available at the Reception desk to the price of € 3,50 each (washing powder included).

Iron and ironing board are available on request.

Yes, there is. In July and August our animation team entertains kids from 4 to 14 years old with a weekly programm where every day is different. The programm is available at the Reception.

Camping Village Conca D'Oro has some bycicles for rent. Ask the Reception staff about prices and any further info you may need.

Be please informed that the car must be compulsorily parked in the inside of the Camping Village close to the accommodation/on the pitch;
the unattended outside parking can be only used upon request and will be charged (3€/day) as supplement.

The mobile homes /lodges dispose of private parking right beside the accommodation.

A nice walking and cycling path running all along the main road leads you to Feriolo, which is about 800 mt far from the Camping Village Conca D'Oro.
The closest bus stop can be found as soon as you enter the village by the roundabout (in case you should go direction Baveno/Stresa/Arona).
The bus line direction Verbania has a bus stop just in front of the pharmacy in Fondotoce.

No, the Camping Village Conca D'Oro doesn't dispose of a swimming pool by now.

Our booking staff allocates pitches and our overriding responsibility is to fit in all bookings without anyone having to move pitch during their stay.
However, we will pass on special requests (eg. a shady pitch, a pitch away from the washblock, pitches next to friends) if they're given when you book.
Booking staff will do their best to oblige, but a site’s bookings can change daily, so booking early doesn’t guarantee a certain type of pitch or that requests can be met, though it may help.
All pitch types are always subject to availability.
Management holds the right to change the number of pitch/accommodation with a different one having the same characteristics for organizational reasons and without notification

Yes, tap water is drinkable anywhere in the camping.

Yes, you can. Buoy and parking area for the trailer will be assigned by the Management. Non-registered crafts, longer than 2,5 M and with engine navigating on Lake Maggiore and Lake of Ceresio Lugano must be in possession of the identification mark, as stated by the law 15/11/2011 No 2013 act 17 of International Regulations for the navigation on Maggiore e Ceresio Lugano lakes. The water craft must be also checked in on the day of arrival or as soon as the guest wants to make use of it. It's forbidden for owners of rubber boats, canoe and surfboards to leave their crafts on the beach. The camping doesn’t dispose of a water slide to launch the boat. Boat owners have to collect the relate boat guideline which has to be kept on board for the whole period of use and then returned at the Reception. From 2018 is not possible to use our slide to lauch botas anymore. Being in a natural reserve, the Region does not authorize us. this service.
