Admission and acceptance of regulations
Entering the campground implies acceptance of and compliance with these regulations, which may be supplemented with additional rules by management. The staff is authorized to enforce the rules and report any non-compliance. Guests who do not comply with the regulations will be removed immediately.
The rules are designed to promote harmonious coexistence, ensuring mutual respect and a peaceful stay. We trust guests’ awareness in complying to avoid inconvenience and staff intervention.
Schedules
Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00
Check-out pitch: 8:00 – 12:00
Check-out accommodation: 8:00 – 10:00
Gate opening:
Low season: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Mid-season: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
High/High season: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Acceptance
Registration on arrival:
Each guest must report to Reception with a valid photo ID for himself/herself and each member of the household.
ID bracelet:
Mandatory for the duration of the stay.
Made of nontoxic and hypoallergenic material.
Also needed to access the pool.
Restrictions:
Management reserves the right not to accept unwanted or supernumerary persons.
Conventions and discounts:
Convention cards must be presented upon arrival.
Discounts cannot be combined and apply only to standard pitches.
Youths, groups, minors, children
Underage camping:
They may stay only if accompanied by a responsible adult and carrying identification.
Youth groups:
Discretion and respect for quiet is required.
Excessive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated.
In case of disturbance, the entire group may be removed.
Children and responsibility:
Adults are responsible for children’s behavior.
The liveliness of minors must not compromise quiet, safety or hygiene.
Mandatory surveillance:
Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the facilities, at the lake and during playtime.
Damage and liability:
Any damage caused by minors must be compensated by adults.
Groups:
Groups are not accepted, due to lack of adequate space and to ensure the tranquility of the campground.
Pitch, accommodation, crew, car
Allocation of pitch/accommodation:
The number is assigned by the management.
It is forbidden to change pitches without permission.
Accommodation of vehicles and equipment:
Everything must remain within the assigned pitch.
Housing vehicles should be parked in the designated place.
Outdoor parking available by reservation only.
Extra vehicle:
Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch/accommodation.
Additional vehicles are allowed for loading/unloading only.
Verification and variations:
Guests should check data for accuracy and report changes (arrivals, departures, pitch changes).
Arrivals, departures, payments
Arrivals:
Plots and accommodations available from 15:00 to 20:00.
In case of no-show, the deposit is retained.
Early arrival does not entitle to early departure.
Departures:
Pitches by 12:00 noon.
Accommodations by 10:00 a.m.
Late departures may incur an additional charge (subject to availability).
Payments:
Pitches: balance the day before departure.
Accommodations: balance the day after arrival.
Payment must be made within the opening hours of the cashier’s office.
In case of early departure, you pay the entire booked stay.
Pool
Access is restricted to guests with ID bracelets. Admission is free of charge but subject to compliance with the following rules.
Obligations:
Headphones required.
Access with slippers and passage from the foot wash.
Shower before entering the water.
Adherence to staff directions.
Prohibitions:
Eating in the pool area (bar area only).
Wear glass or hazardous objects.
Use umbrellas in high winds.
Children under 12 without an adult.
Bring flasks or mats (only floaties and small life jackets allowed).
Introducing animals.
Using bikes, scooters, hoverboards.
Occupy deck chairs if absent.
Dive with a run-up or run to the edge.
Use water-altering soaps or creams.
Smoking in the pool area.
Introducing outsiders.
Enter with unbreakable glasses.
Access in case of contagious disease or intoxicated state.
Recommendations:
The relaxation area is restricted to those over the age of 16.
Do not move beach chairs or umbrellas.
Avoid baths immediately after meals.
Do not argue with staff (any complaints in Reception).
Use equipment properly (no running or pushing on slides).
Management is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of space or equipment.
Daily visitors
Day visitors are not allowed.
Unauthorized persons will be reported to the authorities.
A guest who introduces unregistered persons will pay a penalty equal to the rate increased by 50%.
Sanitation, cleaning, waste disposal
Cleanliness and order:
Each guest is responsible for his or her own pitch or accommodation.
Recycling collection:
Mandatory. Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.
On departure, the baskets must be emptied.
Bulky waste:
The camp does not handle bulky waste.
Guests must take them with them and dispose of them in their own municipality.
Silence
Respect for the peace: At any time of the day, it is forbidden to engage in behavior, activities, or use equipment that may disturb other guests.
Quiet hours: From 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The following are not allowed:
– The use of sports and recreational facilities and equipment
– The erection of tentsVehicle Transit: It is allowed only during the opening hours of the gate and must take place with maximum respect for the peace of others and at low speed.
Overnight access: Those who do not comply with these rules will have to leave their cars in the outdoor parking lot and enter through the pedestrian gate, using the code received at check-in.
Animals
General Restrictions: Animals that may pose a danger, cause disturbance or cause health problems to other guests are not allowed.
Dogs, cats and similar animals are allowed only if:
- They have all certified vaccinations
- They are always kept on a leash
- They do not access the beach or enter the lake
- For their needs, they are taken outside the campground and the owners collect the droppings
- They are not left unattended and do not disturb the peace of others
Rules and Consequences: Owners of noisy or dangerous animals who do not comply with the rules or cause complaints will be asked to leave the campground.
Pets not allowed: Dogs and other animals are not allowed to stay in the mobile homes and lodge tents.
Prohibitions
- Modify the soil (dig holes, bury stakes, create gullies)
- Making changes to pitches or mobile homes
- Lighting open fires (barbecue allowed with caution)
- Spill boiling liquids, oils, fuels or salty liquids/waste onto the ground or into manholes that flow into the lake
- Wasting water (water games, water balloons, water guns)
- Washing vehicles outside the “Camper service” area
- Damaging vegetation or equipment
- Crossing pitches with bicycles or other vehicles (transit only on roads, max 5 km/h)
- Use trees or railings as anchors, lay ropes at risk of getting in the way
- Parking cars in other people’s lots, even if vacant (penalty equal to the cost of the lot)
- Throwing garbage without following recycling collection
Safety and responsibility
- Custody of Personal Property: Each Guest is responsible for the safekeeping of his or her own belongings. Despite the peaceful environment, theft, damage or loss may occur. Management is not responsible for such occurrences.
- Lost and Found: Any found items should be handed over to the Management for legal compliance.
- Use of Equipment: Misuse of games and recreational facilities is the individual responsibility of the Guest.
- Correspondence: Mail must be picked up personally by the letterhead.
- Emergency Calls: Necessary directions are provided at check-in.
- Electricity on pitch: The available current is 6° (1320W). Operation of space heaters, electric stoves, water heaters and high-wattage devices is not guaranteed.
Vessel registration
- Compulsory registration: All watercraft must be registered at Reception. If unregistered, they must have the identification mark issued by the Province of Verbano Cusio Ossola, upon completion of the form and payment of the slip (available at Reception).
- Navigation regulations: You must comply with the lake navigation laws.
- Obligatory documentation: Upon registration, the Client receives the Regional Regulations, which must be on board at all times during navigation, ready for possible State Police checks (printed or digital).
- Documents on board: It is compulsory to have the identity and on-board documents (boat license, engine registration, insurance) in original version.
- Campground facilities: The campground does not have a slipway for boats to enter the water.
- Prohibition: It is forbidden to leave boats, dinghies or canoes on the beach, even temporarily.
Buoy reservation
- Cost: The daily cost of the buoy is listed in the price list.
- Deposit: € 100.00 in low/medium season; € 200.00 in high/very high season.
- Reservation required: Reservation of the buoy is mandatory. In case of cancellation or change of stay, the deposit paid for the buoy will not be refunded.
- Full rate: The amount related to the buoy and boat will be charged for the entire stay, regardless of their use.
- Buoy Assignment: The numbered buoy is assigned by the management and cannot be changed without permission.
- Acceptance of regulations: The regulations are automatically accepted with the payment of the deposit.
