Sailing on Lake Maggiore

Licenses
If your vessel is not registered and you want to sail on Lake Maggiore (Verbano) or Lake Lugano (Ceresio)., you must equip it with an identification mark. A mandatory step provided by the Law 203/2011 and by the International Regulations for Navigation.
How to apply?
The application for registration in theNautical Directory and the issuance of the mark must be submitted to the Municipality of reference, that is, the one in which you have:
✔️ A concession buoy
✔️ A place in the boat
✔️ A storage facility
✔️ A customary slipway
Required documents
Photocopy of a valid identification document

đź“Ś Copy of the certificate of use of the engine o declaration of power
đź“Ś Certificate or certificate of C.R. insurance.
đź“Ś Copy of the mooring title Or indication of the place of usual stationing
đź“Ś Copy of the postal payment slip
